If you have questions about certifications, you can contact the City of Syracuse at (315) 448-8408.

You may already have an account due to working relationships with other agencies. Therefore, prior to creating a new account, it is always best to Lookup Account to ensure you are not currently in the system.

Before you begin your application, we recommend reviewing the document checklist to confirm you have the information needed to complete your application. You will be asked to submit all the required documents along with your application upon completion.
